How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and generally range between 5–15 business days.
When will I receive my tracking number?

Can I change my order?
If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to update it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests are accepted only before fulfillment begins. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Do you ship internationally?

My tracking hasn't updated.
Tracking updates depend on carrier scans. It is normal for tracking to remain unchanged for several days while the parcel is in transit.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the product and the packaging.
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
