Our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience from the moment an order is placed until it reaches its destination. Please read the following information carefully before making a purchase.
Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and prepared by our fulfillment team after payment has been successfully authorized. Processing generally requires 1–3 business days, although it may occasionally take slightly longer during promotional periods, holidays, or when order volumes are unusually high.
Once your order has entered the fulfillment stage, it cannot always be modified or canceled.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times depend on the destination country, customs procedures, carrier operations, and seasonal demand.
Estimated transit times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Other International Destinations: 7–15 business days
These estimates begin after the processing period and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipment Tracking
Every eligible shipment receives a tracking number once dispatched. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–72 hours after the carrier scans the parcel.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.
Delivery Responsibility
Ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping address supplied during checkout.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, reception desks, parcel lockers, or the local carrier before contacting our support team.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate.
Orders returned because of incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes depending on the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Delivery Delays
Although we work with reliable logistics partners, certain circumstances may affect transit times, including:

- High shipping demand
- Carrier operational delays
Such events are beyond our direct control.
Lost Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support.
Each case is reviewed individually in cooperation with the shipping carrier to determine the most appropriate resolution.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of both the packaging and the product.
Prompt reporting allows us to investigate efficiently.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment facilities. Individual packages may therefore arrive on different dates.
